To provide and personalize chats with experts (including birth-chart and astrological context you opt into).

Our payment processor, to handle credit purchases.
AI model providers, who process the content of your messages to generate replies. Providers are bound to not use your data to train their models.

4. Retention
We retain account, conversation, and billing data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support; we will delete personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@celestesync.com.
6. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport, access controls, and row-level security on user data. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
7. Children
CelesteSync is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has used the Service, please contact us.
8. Cookies & local storage
We use cookies and local storage for authentication, session persistence, and basic analytics. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings; doing so will sign you out.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
