Refund Policy

All sales are final. Credit purchases on CelesteSync are non-refundable. Once credits are added to your account, they cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded to your original payment method.

Why we don't offer refunds

Credits unlock on-demand conversations with AI experts. Because the underlying compute and processing cost is incurred the moment a conversation begins, we cannot reverse charges after credits have been used or made available to your account.

What “non-refundable” means

  • No refunds for unused credits.
  • No refunds for accidental purchases.
  • No refunds for conversations you didn't enjoy or that didn't meet expectations.
  • No refunds if your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, charged for credits that never appeared in your account, or believe there is a technical error with your transaction, contact billing@celestesync.com within 14 days of the charge with your receipt and account email. We will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate suspension of your account pending review. Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to collections.

Promotional credits

Free credits, daily-streak bonuses, referral bonuses, and other promotional credits have no cash value and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
