By creating an account or using CelesteSync (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use CelesteSync. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
CelesteSync provides pay-per-minute conversations with AI experts and curated guides on astrology, relationships, and wellbeing. Conversations are intended for entertainment and personal reflection. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Conversations are billed by the minute against the credits in your account. You purchase credits in advance via our payment processor. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire only if your account is closed or terminated. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
You agree not to: (a) impersonate any person; (b) harass, threaten, or harm any expert or other user; (c) request or share content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, self-harm encouragement, or illegal activity; (d) attempt to bypass billing, abuse promotional offers, or use bots; (e) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
AI experts are software that generates text. Their responses are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on AI responses for decisions that require professional expertise. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, prediction, or result.
You retain ownership of the messages you send. You grant CelesteSync a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and process those messages for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CelesteSync disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CelesteSync's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
